My own version of Tangled

 

So,my bestfriend said something about this movie...I didn't know she watch animated stuff...(I LOVE IT,,I don't know if any other young adults do). I used to watch it over and over since after SPM.. Downloaded their songs... Kinda embarassing to admit but,,the song 'When Will My Life Begin' influenced me a lot... I used to race Dear Rapunzel when it comes to chores...(Except,,she didn't have to rake the lawn)

Now,, I got even more crazy. I even downloded the score...It's Alan Menken for Heaven's sake... I didn't knew that till now,,Alan Menken did some songs with Pocahontas..(I used to have a big crush on John Smith,,not the real one though)...Isn't it kinda obvious?

Later,, I got this crazy ideas of re-making the story.. In Modern days...I tried to be as logic as I can...

(Tangled had an element of magic) So,, hear my idea...?

CHARACTERS

Rapunzel

Rapunzel after her hair had been cut (A scene from the movie,,the moment she met her real parents)

A girl who had never had a haircut.. (Her story was still like the one Disney does)... A child that came to life with the help of a flower which have incredible healing abilities...Thus, the long golden hair.. she was kept in a tower where her mother,Mother Gothel had teach her to mix up a remedy...potion... Made with the golden flower. In my story,, it was modern...So,, she had internet connection.. She got her high school Diploma online and was waiting for her online degree application results...She also had a television,,but it was busted...Only sounds can be heard. She used it to increase her cooking skills..Although she had internet,,she can only use it in her mother's supervsion.Still,,she was as gullible as can be to her mother's lies.All of her traits still match that of the disney movie

Flynn Rider @ Eugene Fitzherbert

  He was still a thief...Actually,, I made his crimes bigger... He was a hacker. He hacks a few banks around the country... Upgraded to a robber... he goes by the name Fr1ed3r... Which was pronounced F-Rider-13 (He always gets upset when people mispronounced it)... He was a wanted man.. Before this,,Fr1d3r was unknown to the world... But he had to pay the price for selling his partners.. trusty companion: A portable tablet and Internet connections... A dashing computer whiz I must say...His latest robbery was a silver case containing a pen drive.. That pen drive holds secrets to the kingdom. Very top secret. That makes his bounty price soars.. My version,,rather than a guide,, he was more like Rapunzel's babysitter.He is kinda mature. (He is a bit different than Flynn in the movie)

Pascal

 This guy right here... I personified (does that word even existed?) him... Pascal is a genius and mature 8-year old boy with big eyes and loves wearing green...He is more mature than Rapunzel herself and they have a 10-years gap in age...But,,sadly,,he couldn't speak.. I made the kid mute (Poor kid,,sorry)... Mother Gothel didn't knew about him,,even though he came by often. He was Rapunzel's nearest neighbour (But they live very far away).. He comes and goes in my version...

Maximus

Meet Maximus the Captain's horse

  I also personified this guy...He was a platinum blonde buff who had issues with Flynn Rider ever since high school...He was a cop once but had to gave up his badge while trailing FR1d3r.. When he knew that his high school arch nemesis was the one who made him gave up his badge,,we went paranoid and will go at any chance to catch Flynn...He would do any thing just to see Rider behind bars.And he sees that catching Flynn can be the only way for him to get his job back.

Mother Gothel

She was a florist...She plants the Golden flower around the valley,, outside of the kingdom.The flower was going through extinction because of the rapid urbanisation. She was very greedy and wants the flower all to herself.. She is actually an old woman...Beauty surgery can help her look young but only the flower can make her feel young. She holds a grudge towards the royalty for taking her flower without her permission and steals their first born princess.She teaches the child to make the healing potion and soon depended on her until she forgets how to make the potion herself. Now,,she needs the child more than ever.

Stabbington Brothers

The brothers in Tangled Ever After

These brothers are also hackers. They work together with Flynn on their Silver Case plan. Which later,they become wanted men and had someone to blame. Flynn suddenly wants the profit of selling the case to another country all to himself and decided to bail out of their deal. He sell the brothers off. And they hold personal grudge against Flynn.

The Kingdom

 Corona,, a rich land that had been developed by a young prince. It became a kingdom where everyone lived in peace and harmony.13 generations afterwards, the queen fell ill on her first pregnancy and need help from the healing flower.The kingdom was once a monarchy based land which later became a democratic land. It was due to the royals had ceased to became good leaders since the lost of the princess. But, they still have their advantages and specialties.The floating lanterns were still an element.

3K Under The Garage

Assalamualaikum, readers.... Rather peculiar title I must say... Pardon for the sudden language change. I thought that I might need to brush up on m English skills.. XP

        The title is about my best friends...No,,more than that.. I don't know what to address them as. So I just call us 3K or KPSCIs or Garajerz... Fair enough,ain't?

       I'm just recalling the time when we actually became Garajerz (My fave nickname). 2008... The last year I attend SMK Panji in Kelantan before moving to SMK PPP Tun Razak in Pahang. Well,,we're a bunch of snot-nosed kids who loves fooling around and have fun. Snot-nosed might not be the right word,since we're 15 at the time.

      Garajerz came to be, when random classmates hang out with the same people every now and then.. The one that stays are Garajerz. Ok,,so Garajerz is a new name. We started off as 3K. A group name that we came up with,there was this activity after PMR that requires a group name,, we ended up with that as it stands for Kalut, Kelam-kabut and err...OK,,memory problem coming through. Gosh..Couldn't remember.. Albeit,,it was on the back of my mind, a few minutes before...
 I guess, I would come back to you later...Anyway....

    It was a shame that I had to move when things are just starting. I still contacted these people while I was away. They carried on...I moved on,,but never will they be out of mind... For once, I met a group of different people,with problems of their own, can be as close as two peas in a pod (WARNING,I SENSE A MISUSE OF EXPRESSION). Sometimes, I must say,, It was very awkward when you missed so much of their lives,,especially during our gathering. I t was like,they were talking a whole new language that you don't even know of...But hey, I don't care! I could still talk in our old language. They couldn't possibly grew out of it 100%, could they? Haha...Well,,if that's the case,,all these while we'd talk in a duck-and-chicken conversation.

     Okay,, only now that I'd noticed that  I was writing gibberish... A long pile of nothing..Haah...I guess the photos can be my other tongue (or fingers,in this case) A photo holds a thousand words...(If only I knew how to put the captions right... XP)

    Wow!Kenapa aku pilih topik ni? Hmm...Mungkin untuk menyedarkan diri aku serta menghalang aku untuk menulis apa yang dinyatakan dalam ayat yang kelima ini...

   Okeylaa.Jujur cakap,aku seorang pendengki.OUCH...Kenyataannya,aku pun baru sedar hal ni.Kat PASUM maybe.Or mungkin gak kat PASUM penyakit ini mula menular.

     Honestly,I can't be the only one with this issue...

Kiri kanan...Penyakit hati ni ada. Kenapa penyakit hati? Kerana sifat mazmumah ini,mampu merosakkan hati seseorang. Sifat ini pendorong kepada beberapa perbuatan keji...Sepertimana dalam drama-drama Samarinda kat TV3 tuu,,sampai mampu tembak-tembak oranglaa...Tapi tuu daa masuk sifat mazmumah lain : DENDAM...

   Ya,siapalah aku untuk membicarakan hal ini...Yelaa sedangkan yang menulis ni pun pendengki.

   Tapi, aku dengki kat orang pun,bertempat. Takdelaa sampai nak bunuh-bunuh orang,except this one guy,sero nak cekik-cekik je.SERO bukan betul-betul.Walaupun dalam kepala daa buat macam-macam kat dia, termasuk bidas pemadam. Hahaha..Sangat kebudak-budakan. I can assure you, that is my level. I comfort my lust for his blood with my head.(Perrrhh,,seram betul bunyinya.Cam vampire pun ada).

     Tapi,biasalaa kan,kita mesti rasa jealous dan tercabar bila ada seseorang yang lagi baik dari kita, regardless of beauty, brains, brawn, amal dan sebagainyalah. The thing is,we are all special in our own ways. Kalau asyik duk bandingkan diri dengan orang...Well,,the chances are,YOU ARE A BIG LOSER. (Been there done that)

   Terus terang cakap, dengki ni, tak baik untuk kesihatan.. I am no doctor (hahaha) tapi secara logiklaa, satu, tekanan darah akan naik. Yelaa,asyik menyirap je. Dua,dari segi kesihatan iman, (rujuk beberapa perenggan di atas) penyakit hati. Satu lagi, ni ayat abah aku (he reads a lot), perasaan hasad dengki ni, boleh rosakkan sel-sel otak. Yup, para pelajar dan gak umat manusia, kalau sayangkan intelek,jasmani,rohani dan emosi, jauhilah hasad dengki... Which is it that u want?

Well,,ada banyak cara untuk menangani masalah ni. Satu, berusaha dan buat lebih baik dari orang yang kita dengki kan tuu. Tapi yang paling afdhal, berbaliklah kepada Allah swt. Bangunlah malam, solat sunat. Masa tuu,,korang bolehlaa nak mengadu, menangis kepada Yang Maha Mendengar serta pintalah kita agar disembuhkan dari penyakit hati ini... Wallahua'lam
